Congratulations Vilte Bacinskaite, NCMUG 2024-2014 scholarship winner

This year’s winner of the Roger Levit memorial scholarship is Vilte Bacinskaite. Here is her thank you letter.

Thank you, North Coast Mac Users Group, for selecting me to be the recipient of the 2024 scholarship. Your financial support has been able to help me continue my studies at Santa Rosa Junior College where I am studying both graphic and web design. At the same time, I am able to complete my bachelor’s degree through Prescott College’s online program, where my focus is graphic design and sustainability. I am drawn to this field because it allows me to be creative, be a problem solver, and a communicator. My goal is to apply the skills I have acquired through my graphic and web design studies to my local community and work with organizations that are associated with the arts, education, social and environmental justice. Thank you, again, for your generous support. It encourages me to reach for my vision, knowing others recognize and support what I am doing.
