  • November 19th: Subject: Paper Efficiencies with ScanSnap.

Please join us for a discussion of best practices on scanning. The presentation will consist of a full demonstration of ScanSnap, the associated Quick Menu options and go into detail how ScanSnap can be used with DropBox, Evernote, SugarSync and other applications. In addition, we will discuss organizational techniques, cloud applications and document storage practices.

Allie Rumpanos is new addition to the ScanSnap business development team. Prior to joining the team, she worked for five years in the California State University College of Business Dean’s Office as a Student Assistant. After college, she moved on to a job with NASA‘s Aviation Safety Reporting System as an Archivist for a special project that involved creating an electronic archive of scanned documents dating back to as early as the 1930s. Her deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the ScanSnap and scanning acquired in these prior roles is what lead her to Fujitsu this spring.
